Just over a year later, we’ve grown into a mother-daughter pop-up boutique with a full collection of apparel, jewelry, and home.

Founder + Artist
KC is the heart of Retrowaves, from concept and creation to pop-ups, logistics, and everything in between. Based in the Hudson Valley, her work is shaped by movement — long drives, changing seasons, outdoor markets, and the places she passes through along the way.
With a background in fashion, retail, and hands-on making, she creates functional art meant to be worn, used, and lived with. Her role bridges the creative and the practical, bringing Retrowaves from the shoreline to the road and into real life.
patricia (The hamptons)
Artist & Designer
PC creates functional art from the Hamptons, where beachcombing and coastal wandering are part of the process. She’s responsible for all hand-painted work at Retrowaves, including Deco Shells, mosaics, and home décor pieces inspired by the shoreline.
With a background in fine art and graphic design, her work reflects a lifelong relationship with making, materials, and the natural world.
